○	Police Operational Support Staff such as Enquiry Officers, statement takers, forensic officers, search teams etc. who free up police officers time to carry out front line duties.

○	Police Support Staff who maintain the buildings, computers, postal systems etc.   Without them we would grind to a halt or be forced to bring police officers in off the streets to carry out their functions.

○	Special Constabulary - members of the public who volunteer their time  to police our communities

○	Police Community Support Officers

○	Partnership working with other agencies such as the county and local councils, education, health, fire service, social services etc.

○	Our interaction with community and religious leaders as well as community groups – young, old, rich, poor, minority and majority

○	Offenders – that they will turn from their criminal activities and place their lives in the hands of Christ.

○	Improved quality of life issues such as anti social behaviour, binge drinking etc.

○	Crime reduction and detection.

○	Christians working within the organisation

○	Christians considering joining the police service.

○	Force Chaplains (one needed at each station)

○	Growth in our network of prayer supporting churches

○	Other police forces that do not have active CPA branches.
