Springs Christian Fellowship is a church in fellowship with Assemblies of God GB in the market town of Ware. Springs Christian Fellowship exists to help people build God-centred lives and has a vision of reaching out and meeting needs within the community.
The opportunity has arisen for the post of Senior Minister. The post holder will be expected to provide leadership into the life and direction of the church and have a firm grasp on the purpose, values and strategy of Springs Christian Fellowship.
The post holder will offer pastoral leadership to Springs Christian Fellowship congregation ensuring that Springs systems, practices and policies are followed in order to responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities. The post holder will be expected to be actively involved in all areas of Church life and assist in the recruitment and development of volunteers and teams in order to facilitate the vision of the Church.
We need to point out that the Church Council and Elders have looked at the work initially and ongoing with respect to visas for people already within the UK and applying from outside. It became clear that it is not something Springs is able to be involved in and we therefore ask that you take this into account before you apply unless you can prove your right to live and work within the UK.

Experience Required: Church leadership / churchmanship / ministry experience
Experience preferred: Church leadership
Hours: minimum 15 hours pw
